To support our growing academic customer base, we are looking for a Regional Customer Success Engineer who is passionate about education, technology adoption, and helping universities experience the full value of MATLAB® and Simulink®. As a Regional Customer Success Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the successful adoption of MathWorks tools across the academic ecosystem. You will work directly with faculty members, researchers, students, and institutional leadership to help them modernize their curriculum, strengthen research outcomes, and embrace industry‑relevant workflows.
This is a regional‑facing role that includes travel across ASEAN to deliver workshops, support strategic engagements, and strengthen relationships with academic partners. You will collaborate closely with account managers and the Customer Success Specialists (CSS) team to plan and execute customer success strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Comfortable working across diverse academic profiles, cultures, and regional environments.
Strong foundation in engineering or science with practical experience using MATLAB/Simulink.
Ability to guide educators and researchers toward meaningful adoption.
Capable of planning, executing, and assessing regional engagement strategies.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and cross‑functional teaming skills.
Able to lead discussions, influence institutional decisions, and drive continuous adoption.
