Customer Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide basic technical clarifications to customers.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.
Sales Engineer – Process/Application Focus
Position Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in process design/application for water treatment.
- Strong technical knowledge of NF membranes, system design, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to prepare technical proposals and perform site assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand process requirements.
- Design and recommend NF membrane systems based on site conditions.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and system configurations.
- Support troubleshooting and optimization of existing systems.
Project Coordination
- Assist in small‑scale retrofit projects and commissioning.
- Liaise with engineering and procurement teams for smooth execution.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions.
- Provide technical training and support to clients.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical documentation and project records.
- Report progress and technical findings to management.
