Job summary
A leading technology firm in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance its Quality Management System in line with ISO standards. The role involves supervising quality control activities, addressing customer feedback, and reporting on quality metrics. Candidates should have at least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management. This position calls for strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in quality management.
- Experience with internal and external audits.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
- Supervise incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection activities.
- Handle customer complaints and non-conformance reports.
- Lead and supervise QC Inspectors and QA Technicians.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
