Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or
    equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of experience in production preferably chemical process
    plants;
  • Strong SHEQ knowledge and ability to enforce SHEQ requirements;
  • Leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, and
    exercise independent judgment;
  • Strong analytic skills and must be able to identify and solve problems quickly;
  • Ability in managing and working closely with consultants, contractors and
    vendors.
Job Descriptions
  • Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently.
  • Auditing every process, equipment and every detail associated with the
    manufacturing unit.
  • Preparing an efficient schedule for all production operations and assisting in
    installing and maintaining machines and tools.
  • Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if
    required.
  • Perform regular audits on all safety control programs.
  • Participate and conduct Hazard studies such as HAZOPs.
  • Develop BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balance for new and existing
    plants.
  • Prepare and compile standard operating procedures and equipment
    operation manuals.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
