Qualifications

• Preferable experience in infrastructure/site works.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project schedule in line with the proposal/project requirements.
• Work with project resource planning, resource & cost allocations, and activity sequencing.
• Coordinate internal project team reviews and client approval on schedules.
• Implement and monitor the work schedule and produce tracking reports.
• Carry out delay tracking and assess extensions of time.
• Identify and develop mitigation plans and recovery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Perform project analysis and resource/cost analysis.
• Develop project control documents according to industry standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of progress records.
• Liaise with other departments for Project Control deliverables.
