Sales Engineer/Sr/Manager (Liquid Bulk Gas) – Pasir Gudang/Shah Alam

Job Purpose

As a Sales Executive (Senior/Manager) in Air Products, you are expected to drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer accounts, managing existing relationships, and delivering technical and commercial solutions for industrial gas applications across various sectors including electronics, metal fabrication, food, petrochemical, oil & gas and etc.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term contract customers.

Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and technical consultation to contract negotiation and post-sales support which inclusive of payment collection and etc.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address customer technical inquiries and ensure seamless delivery.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and long-term contracts tailored to customer needs.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Conduct regular site visits and build strong customer relationships.

Support product launches and participate in marketing and training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Possess Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Min. 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in industrial gases, equipment makers and OEM.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and SAP.

Willingness to travel extensively within the allocated area and occasionally across Malaysia.
