Qualifications

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent, preferably with specialization in Microelectronics.
• Other key requirements are: Fundamental understanding of technology tradeoffs in deep sub-micron design.
• Good knowledge of MOS transistor physics, IC layout skills is a plus, SRAM design skills.
• Skilled in transistor level spice simulation and characterization, Linux programming skills.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
