Manage, mentor, and grow a team of security consultants, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding their security needs and ensuring tailored, effective solutions.
Develop and optimise service delivery processes including capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and compliance reviews; recommend mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices.
Ensure adherence to security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or consulting delivery role.
Proven success managing multiple security consulting projects.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
Excellent leadership, client-facing, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
Experience in incident response, security audits, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
