Job description

Company Background

Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the introduction, implementation, and promotion of quality methodologies and tools across the company; conduct quality awareness and capability training for quality personnel.
2. Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Assurance system, including customer-oriented quality management, traceability systems, and non-conforming product control procedures.
3. Support the continuous improvement of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, ensuring effective operation and continuous quality enhancement to meet customer requirements.
4. Oversee daily departmental management, including budget planning, performance monitoring, talent recruitment, performance appraisal, and incentive mechanism development and execution.
5. Lead team development by formulating and executing talent development plans, monitoring implementation, and continuously enhancing the overall capability of the quality team.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or above from a full-time accredited university, preferably in Engineering or other science-related disciplines; proficient in spoken and written English.
2. 5 years experience in quality-related roles within the electronics FMCG manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of project or team management experience.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; proficient in QC Seven Tools, Five Core Quality Management Tools, 5S on-site management, and familiar with relevant management system standards and practices.
4. Demonstrated leadership capability with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; proven ability in project planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary Range

RM 15,000 – RM 25,000
