A global healthcare company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Analyst - Protective Intelligence. This role requires experience in security operations and analytical skills to support various risk management programs. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring threats and providing strategic analysis. Strong communication, multi-source intelligence collection, and proficiency in English and Mandarin are essential. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 24/7 shift coverage.
The Protective Intelligence function as part of Organon Security and Resilience (OSR) organization supports corporate security programs in collaboration with the OSR CoEs and Regional teams. The function is responsible for the Organon Security & Resilience Center with 24/7 coverage.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst - Protective Intelligence. This role will support the Insider Risk program, Strategic Intelligence program, Travel Risk Management program and All‑hazard threat intelligence monitoring (such as natural disasters, security incidents, geopolitical situations) and collection in order to proactively inform on and mitigate risks that could impact business operations, facilities and personnel.
This role will report to the Associate Director of Protective Intelligence, who oversees a team of analysts who monitor intelligence feeds and open‑source channels, assess potential impact, and report to stakeholders in a timely manner. The team also services the company’s 24/7 crisis management contact point, triaging to the appropriate Security & Resilience leaders to provide business critical support during incidents.
