A prominent manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Director based in China. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in metal manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a solid background in production and supply chain management. This role offers a gross salary up to RM60,000/SGD$22,000, luxury dormitory accommodation, covered flights, and various bonuses. The candidate must be willing to relocate to China for long-term employment.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in metal manufacturing or related industries.
- Proven experience leading large manufacturing operations.
Responsabilités
- Lead operations strategy for the Huizhou manufacturing base.
- Oversee production planning and factory operations.
- Develop global procurement strategies.
