- Support in maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests, including quotation requests.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
- Collect and organize market and competitor information to support sales activities.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of exhibitions, promotional events, and other sales initiatives.
- Report on sales activities and client interactions, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Share information and manage schedules within the team.
- Conduct research on potential new clients and business opportunities.
