Job description

Deliver, collect, and submit shipping and customs documents, including K1, K2, K3, K8 & K9.

Pass customs paperwork at Customs offices and follow up on clearance status.

Assist during customs examinations, inspections, and resolve basic queries under supervision.

Support loading and unloading activities, including attendance during loading when required.

Collect delivery seals and liaise with liner offices, ports, and shipping agents.

Ensure documents are submitted accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Report delays, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly to the supervisor.

Comply with company SOPs, safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in any discipline.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
