Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop NAND Flash product test solutions.
• Conduct Product/Package/Qualification/Reliability failure analysis and develop action plans.
• Deliver world-class lead time on test development for effective sample delivery during NPI phase.
• Develop correct test conditions and define test flow for mass production testing.
• Design and drive evaluation experiments to improve product quality and test yield.
• Drive test cost reduction by analyzing test time and optimizing test methods while maintaining coverage.
• Collaborate with multinational teams to complete projects within PDT required timelines.
• Achieve world-class Turn Around Time (TAT) for Return Material Authorization (RMA) with deep failure mode understanding.

About You
