A food manufacturing company based in Malacca is seeking a Product Coordinator (Export) to manage compliance with export regulations and documentation. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in export operations, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
• Experience dealing with China on food safety standards is preferred.
• Understanding of local and export markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle all related documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists).
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and apply for necessary permits.
• Keep up-to-date with import regulations of target markets.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling and logistics for timely delivery.
• Support sales and marketing team with export documentation.
• Travel internationally to attend food fairs and exhibitions.
