About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Digital Sales & Live Host Specialist to join our expanding team in Penang! If you are passionate about online sales, love being in front of the camera, and enjoy creating content that drives engagement — this is the perfect role for you!

What You Will Do

• Conduct online live selling sessions on TikTok & Facebook
• Drive online sales growth through various digital platforms
• Assist with digital campaigns, promotions & customer engagement
• Showcase and promote smart home ceiling fans to attract potential customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and build strong online rapport with audiences
• Drive customers to the warehouse/showroom when required
• Handle indoor sales, product demonstration, and walk-in customer service
• Prepare, process and coordinate customer orders (packing, arranging delivery, and ensuring order accuracy)

What We’re Looking For

• Malaysian candidates only
• Minimum 1-year experience in Digital Sales / Live Commerce / Marketing (fresh graduates with strong passion encouraged to apply!)
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Self-driven, positive attitude and strong team spirit
