【Summary】This role supports the sales team by assisting with client communication, sales activities, and internal coordination. It provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, develop communication skills, and grow into a full sales role over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests, including quotation requests.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
  • Collect and organize market and competitor information to support sales activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of exhibitions, promotional events, and other sales initiatives.
  • Report on sales activities and client interactions, and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Share information and manage schedules within the team.
  • Conduct research on potential new clients and business opportunities.
