Work you’ll do

• Focus on Marketing, Brand & Communication (80%):
• Event Management: To be the key person to plan/organize/manage all corporate internal and external events as requested by the stakeholders – including designing, producing traditional/digital event promotional materials/collaterals, and in-person execution.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and execute the plan for Deloitte Vietnam's social media channels, overseeing, planning, and delivering content across different platforms using scheduling tools. Ensuring brand consistency in all kinds of social media messages.
• Brand Management: To be the key person to design & manage all brand related items to ensure brand compliance under the instruction/supervision of Growth management team.
• CSR Activities: Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies that include well-defined and impacting social projects in alignment with the Firm’s strategy.
• Other Growth responsibilities (20%):
• Logistic & admin work: Following with payments related to main responsibilities and managing the storage of all related documents. Logistic arrangements regarding client meetings, approaching, etc. Conduct compliance process and follow with payment for all event/sponsorship/donations/CSR activities, to ensure it follows strictly with firm’s policy.
• Other tasks as requested by Growth management team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Journalism, is required.
• Experience in executing internal and external communications plans for a large business, preferably in professional services.
• Strong writing, editing, and copyediting skills and previous writing/editing experience in corporate communications, PR, or journalism fields required.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Familiar with design tool is an advantage.
