• At least 1 year of experience in short‑form video editing; portfolio on Douyin, Bilibili, or Xiaohongshu preferred.
• Proficient in Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro; familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or C4D is a plus.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as Runway ML, Descript, Pika, Synthesia, and CapCut AI for speech generation, captioning, and background removal to streamline workflow.
• Original short‑form video account or viral content experience.
• Experience in IP character videos or animation production.
• Strong sense of pacing, visual composition, and camera storytelling for short‑form content.
• High awareness of internet culture and trends, with the ability to integrate them creatively into videos.
• Unique insights into brand storytelling and new media visual identity.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills; proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong visual aesthetics, storytelling rhythm, and creative problem‑solving mindset.

Portfolio Submission Guidelines

• Provide at least 2–3 representative works (advertising, corporate, or social media videos).
• Projects demonstrating the use of AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pika) are a plus.
