Are you an experienced treasury professional who excels at managing banking relationships, real estate project financing and cash flow optimization? Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where your expertise can drive the success of a mature and growing organization? If so, we want you to join our team as our Treasury Manager!

Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee all aspects of our treasury operations, including cash flow management, capital raising and financial risk management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash flow management and budgeting, ensuring liquidity for operational and investment needs.
• Manage quarterly business meetings, budgeting and treasury reporting to the holding company and group.
• Manage bank covenants, bank negotiations and bank accounts.
• Work closely with legal and bankers to prepare documentation for new facilities, renewals and discharges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
• Lead fund-raising initiatives and negotiations with financial institutions.
• Oversee management accounts, annual audits, tax computations and regulatory submissions.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CTP) are a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking (real estate preferred)
• Proven track record in cash management, forecasting and capital raising.
• Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
