BIPO SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.' is seeking a talented and experienced Payroll Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Shared Service Centre team. As a full‑time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic delivery of our comprehensive suite of services to our valued clients.
Service Delivery - Payroll Outsourcing
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the payroll service delivery strategy aligned with global HR and finance objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
Operational Management
- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for all regions supported by the SSC.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced payroll services and technology platforms.
- Implement robust controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for payroll operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Lead and develop high‑functioning teams within the SSC with high quality and consistent delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer‑centricity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR, Finance, and business leaders on payroll matters.
- Provide insights and reporting to senior management on payroll performance and compliance.
Others
- Assist and support other HR related initiatives and projects in BIPO Group.
- Provide guidance and direction to all payroll staff.
- Involve and motivate teams in all initiatives that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Additional duties and responsibilities assigned by BIPO Management or immediate superior.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in payroll operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a shared service environment.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, compliance, and technology platforms.
- Proven track record in managing multi‑country payroll and vendor governance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Shared Service Centre experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to drive process standardization and automation.
