Job summary

A leading technology firm located in Bayan Lepas, Penang seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle daily AP activities, including payments, disbursements, and travel expense reports. Qualifications

• Constructively converse in English, both written and spoken.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience in AP within Manufacturing or Finance Shared Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all AP activities including payments, T&E, and credit card.
• Liaise with internal and external customers on payments and disbursements.
• Support Month End Close activities and document management tasks.
