Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Business Development
  • Drive sales strategies, generate business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with SC, FIMM, FPAM, Fund Houses, Insurance Companies, and key partners.
  • Oversee recruitment of agency sales staff and ensure adherence to fit and proper requirements.
  • Communicate with agencies on events, policies, new products, and compliance matters.
  • Represent the company at industry functions and public events.
2. Awards & Incentive Management
  • Review annual budgets for marketing and sales-related initiatives.
  • Develop and manage incentive programs, awards, and elite club campaigns.
  • Monitor sales campaigns, product launches, and competitive activities.
3. Events Planning & Strategic Support
  • Participate in annual strategic planning, including setting sales targets and recruitment goals.
  • Plan and organize corporate events, product trainings, professional development days, and incentive trips.
4. Compliance & Licensing Oversight
  • Handle client complaints and liaise with legal counsel when required.
  • Implement disciplinary actions for non-compliance based on company policies.
  • Work with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Regulators to close identified gaps.
  • Ensure timely review and submission of regulatory reports (e.g., BNM, BSC reporting).
