Job description

Responsibilities

• Review month-end and year end closing prepared by Accounts team
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis
• Monitor project/company cashflow & prepare forecasts
• Track project expenses, progress claims & contractor payments
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, SST, e-invoicing, audit and tax requirements
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for financial reporting and tax compliance
• Liaise with bankers, lawyers, QS and project team for project financing and budgeting
• Liaise with company secretary on corporate documents, filings and statutory matters
• Support management with ad-hoc reports
