A leading property development firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The role involves managing the recruitment process, addressing employee grievances, and coordinating training sessions to enhance skills. Candidates should have at least 5 years in HR, preferably within property development, and possess strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while fostering a positive work environment.
To manage recruitment and talent acquisition process, onboarding and offboarding including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, exit interviews and assisting hiring and termination decisions while develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. This includes managing foreign worker and expatriate recruitment, new applications, work permits and medical check ups etc;
To assist employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements while foster a positive work environment and promote employee morale and engagement which includes manage corporate social and environmental responsibilities program;
To assist in identifying training needs, developing training programs and coordinating training sessions to enhance employees skills and knowledge and support career development and succession planning activities which include onboarding training and orientation programs;
To assist on employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, other perks and process payroll and ensure the accuracy of payroll data and comply with legal requirements and industry standards;
To maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook, ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and ethical standards and keep abreast of HR trends and best practices;
To assist on management of HRIS and other HR software, implement and optimize HR technology solutions
Tertiary level education in HR/Business Admin/Law or any related field.
Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to converse in Mandarin would be of advantage.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in HR function preferably with property developer background or related field is required for this position.
