Job Purpose
We are seeking a People & Culture AI, Data & Systems Analyst/Senior Analyst to support the integration of AI solutions, data analytics, and reporting excellence in People & Culture across Allianz's entities in Asia. This role will assist in People & Culture systems governance, contribute to regional CSRD reporting processes in line with Allianz standards, and provide analytical and operational support for people and culture planning and strategic dialogue activities. The position will also help identify AI use cases with local People & Culture teams, support implementation efforts, and contribute to upskilling initiatives to embed AI capabilities across the function.
