A leading financial institution in Malaysia seeks individuals for merchant sales opportunities. Candidates will secure sales, manage partnerships, and conduct training for merchants. The position requires a minimum SPM qualification, with at least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Identify and secure merchant sales opportunities and promote e-payment solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
Conduct merchant training and keep merchants updated on the latest card schemes rules or expanded services.
Manage marketing programmes with merchants to foster long term partnerships.
Assist in merchant fraud investigation and take pro-active measures to mitigate non-compliance risk.
Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and channel sales leads to the relevant stakeholders in the Bank.
Minimum SPM qualification with at least 3 years working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Experience in sales, marketing and client management would be an added advantage.
Result-oriented with a strong desire to sell.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
