My Client is an established turn-key PCB assembly company specializing in prototype and low-to-mid volume PCB assembly. Founded in 2003, the company has built a strong brand and reputation within the EMS industry.

My Client’s Toronto, Canada facility serves as the Head Office, Sales Office, Parts Procurement Center, and houses a state-of-the-art PCB assembly line. As part of our global expansion, they are strengthening their operations in Malaysia.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Operation Head/Country Head/General Manager for our Malaysia facility to oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the overall success and sustainable growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership — Oversee daily operations across all functions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution — Develop and implement long-term business strategies, set performance targets, and track execution progress.
  • Financial Management — Manage budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis to ensure the organization’s financial health and profitability.
  • Team Leadership & Development — Build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Stakeholder Management — Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and the board, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Compliance & Risk Management — Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and proactively identify and mitigate operational and business risks.
