Key Responsibilities
  • Handle filing, data entry, and document organisation for our Hong Kong‑based companies.
  • Read, prepare, and manage Chinese‑language forms, invoices, statements.
  • Liaise with company secretaries, banks, and service providers (where needed).
  • Maintain updated corporate records, resolutions, and databases.
  • Maintain structured filing systems—digital and physical.
  • Ensure company documents are up‑to‑date, organised, and easy to retrieve.
  • Prepare documentation for annual filings, audits, and compliance.
