  • Ensure all staff comply with company operating hours.
  • Monitor premises, corporate identity, 5S practices, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle technical issues and operational problems at Pitstop and BP.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and ensure accurate stock movement records.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels at Pitstop and BP.
  • Ensure staff comply with field SOPs and possess adequate technical knowledge.
  • Monitor company assets to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Plan and ensure training sessions run smoothly.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance during training.
  • Assign tasks based on workload, skills, and priorities.
  • Ensure optimal use of resources and workforce.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and guidance.
  • Track and manage staff attendance records.
  • Oversee all expenses including utilities and assets.
  • Review and validate expenditure requests submitted to HQ via EPR system.
  • Compare costs and quality before making purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor and implement online and offline marketing activities.
