Business Leadership & Strategy
- Formulate and execute the strategic direction for the IBS division in line with corporate objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, strategic collaborations, and additional income streams to strengthen financial performance.
- Lead business planning, budget management, and resource deployment to support long-term growth.
Operational Performance & Project Implementation
- Lead the full IBS production lifecycle and project execution, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives to boost productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and sustainability standards.
Team Development & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders to advance overall business objectives.
- Maintain strong partnerships with government authorities, contractors, and suppliers to enable business growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing IBS team, cultivating a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Brings over 10 years of experience in construction, modular building, or IBS, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrates strong commercial insight, with proven experience in P&L management, business development, and strategic planning.
