A dynamic multimedia company in Malaysia seeks a talented multimedia designer to create and support various visual content. Responsibilities include producing videos, designing marketing visuals, and collaborating closely with marketing teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in multimedia design, proficient in Adobe tools, and possess at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply. Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content including videos, animations, motion graphics, and photography.
Create product videos, tutorials, promotional videos, and social media content (Reels, TikTok, shorts).
Edit and enhance videos with transitions, effects, sound, and graphics.
Capture and edit product and lifestyle photos for marketing use.
Design visuals for marketing campaigns such as banners, posters, brochures, social media posts, and digital ads.
Ensure all design materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Support the design team in producing creative assets when required.
Produce visually appealing content tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with the marketing executives to create engaging content calendars.
Optimize visuals and videos for better engagement and performance.
Brainstorm and propose creative ideas for campaigns, branding projects, and content initiatives.
Participate in production planning, storyboarding, and scripting.
Support photoshoot and video shoot arrangements, including lighting setup and equipment handling.
Maintain organized libraries of multimedia assets, raw files, and design templates.
Archive project files and ensure proper naming conventions for easy retrieval.
Work closely with marketing executives, graphic designers, and other departments (Sales, BD, etc.) to deliver creative outputs.
Support ad-hoc creative requests such as internal videos, event visuals, or corporate communication content.
Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Arts, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in multimedia design, video editing, or similar creative roles.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered.
Proficiency in multimedia design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.
Experience with photography, videography, lighting setup, and video production.
Familiar with social media formats, aspect ratios, and content optimization requirements.
Understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video storytelling is a plus.
Strong visual creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to explore new creative techniques.
