A leading corporate communication firm in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Corporate Communication and Branding Executive. This role involves developing and executing communication strategies, managing social media platforms, and coordinating corporate events to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in Mandarin. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to effectively communicate the company's mission, vision, values, and key messages to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and internal communications.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage the company's social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events, such as press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences, to promote brand awareness and foster relationships with stakeholders.
Support internal communication initiatives by developing employee communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, and intranet content, to ensure alignment with company objectives and values.
Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing its interests in media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry forums, while maintaining a positive public image.
Monitor and analyse communication metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, government agencies, and other external stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and credibility.
Assist in any other duties and ad-hoc responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
