A marketing agency in Johor is seeking a candidate to identify clients and manage relationships while developing sales strategies to drive business growth. The role involves conducting market research, executing marketing campaigns, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in a related field, experience in client management or marketing, and strong bilingual communication skills. Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our company services. Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, understanding their branding and digital needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Conduct sales presentations and present solutions to clients.
Manage sales pipelines, track and follow up to close deals. Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness. Analyse and report on the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns and modify strategies as needed.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
Develop and execute strategic branding initiatives aligned with the client's branding objective.
Oversee the maintenance of the brand identity, including visual elements and brand guidelines, ensure the consistency across all communication platforms.
Work closely with internal teams and departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Develop proposals and pitch marketing solutions to potential and existing clients.
Acquisition of new key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their brand visibility.
Work with clients to resolve any issues, complaints and address client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements to strengthen client relationships.
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree or Master in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, PR, Advertising or a related field.
Proven working experiences in marketing, branding, business development, or client relationship management in any industry with at least 1-2 years of experience would be an advantage. (Fresh graduates who are passionate in branding and marketing are encouraged to apply for the position.)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and market research.
Has good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with both Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia would be an extra bonus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving skills.
Able to multi-task and work efficiently in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
