Job summary

A transportation authority in Kuantan, Pahang is seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance passenger ridership and service visibility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in passenger marketing or the service industry. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, coordinating promotional campaigns, and analyzing customer feedback. Candidates with experience in digital marketing and start-up environments will be preferred.

  • Embed safety and service compliance in all passenger marketing initiatives.
