We are looking for a dynamic Chinese-speaking Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our portfolio. The successful candidate will develop and execute brand strategies, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, and strengthen MBf’s presence in both local and regional markets. This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, as you will be engaging with Chinese-speaking partners, clients, and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth across MBf’s divisions.
  • Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, events, content marketing, and advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to drive campaign execution.
  • Prepare marketing reports, performance analyses, and presentations for senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, media, and business partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-industry environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
