Job summary
A technology solutions company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual with experience in Oracle OFSAA and Hyperion Financial Management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting, capable of developing and enhancing business functionalities. Responsibilities include project development, user requirements gathering, and conducting testing. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential. This position offers opportunities to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 9 years of experience.
- Familiarity with AIX and Oracle environments.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and develop projects and change requests.
- Participate in user requirements gathering and impact analysis.
- Develop functionalities using Windows Scripting and SQL.
- Design and build Control-M jobs for batch processing.
- Carry out unit testing and System Integration Testing.

Well versed in Oracle OFSAA 8.0.7 /Hyperion Financial Management
- Hyperion Planning/ Hyperion Essbase/ OBIEE
- Working on AIX7.1/Oracle 11g and 12c/Oracle Essbase and Windows 2008
- Language: Experience in PL/SQL , Unix Shell Scripting, Essbase scripting, OBIEE RPD development
- Environment: AIX7.1 , Windows 2008 for Hyperion Financial Management
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Have good communication skills (to work with various Teams including users).
- Able to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Good Team Player.
- To enhance and develop projects/Change Requests related changes and to ensure deliverables are in good quality
- To participate in user requirements gathering and able to provide impact analysis and efforts estimation
- To develop functionalities to cater for business requirements using Windows Scripting, SQL
- To design and build the Control-M jobs for batch processing
- To carry out unit testing and SIT on the developed functions
