Job Responsibilities

1. Web Development: Develop and build web-based accounting software applications according to requirements and specifications.
2. Research and Development: Develop functional, readable, and reusable code; maintain high code quality; complete requirements within deadlines; design scalable, high-performing, and secure web application backends.
3. Collaboration on Coding Projects: Work on shared modules with team members; ensure code usability; provide quality feedback; update JIRA for task progress.
4. Client or Stakeholder Feedback: Listen to client feedback; deliver software that meets or exceeds expectations; implement additional features proposed by clients; act as PIC/Project Owner for assigned tasks, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain, support, develop new requests, and resolve issues.
5. Timely Project Deliverables: Deliver projects on time; meet project deadlines; complete all tasks within sprints.
