Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related or Operations Management. Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3~5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations management.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives, leading CIP and cost down, as well as production issue analysis.
Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, CBPP) are a plus.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Trouble shooting problems with facts and data.
Design, document, and implement optimized business processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
Lead and manage process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of measurable results.
Define and track KPIs to evaluate process performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, productions, engineering, quality, etc., to ensure smooth process integration and execution.
Provide training, coaching, and change management support to teams adopting new or revised processes.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, SOPs, control plan, PFMEA, and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Handle around 5‑6 engineers, reporting to Operation Director.
