Job description

As an Operation Executive at Asia File Products Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facility in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing resources, and implementing process improvements to drive productivity and excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate the overall manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control
• Implement process improvements and optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage and lead a team of production workers, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous learning and development
• Monitor and analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to address issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

What we're looking for
