What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and prospecting for new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in target accounts
  • Presenting Kaeser's products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their unique value propositions
  • Negotiating and closing new sales agreements
  • Providing post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns
  • Continuously expanding your technical knowledge to remain an expert in Kaeser's offerings
What we’re looking for
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical engineering and chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar new business development or sales role, ideally within the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector
  • Proven track record of identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long‑term relationships
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively
