We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical/Hospital Sales Representative (Key Account Specialist) to promote prescription medicines and prescription drugs to doctors and hospital teams, while building strong relationships with key accounts.

Location - Klang Valley & Southern Region

Job Summary

As a Key Account Specialist – Specialty Channel, your key tasks include:

  • Promoting prescription pharmaceutical products to hospital accounts with confident, compliant product detailing.
  • Managing sales opportunities within existing customers while developing a strong new-customer base to achieve set revenue and target goals.
  • Identifying and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your territory to drive endorsement and increase product usage.
  • Maintaining prompt, professional communication between customers and the company to strengthen trust and continuity.
  • Delivering compelling product presentations grounded in excellent product knowledge; encouraging repeat purchases and usage growth.
  • Updating healthcare professionals on the latest product developments, data, and clinical progress.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and market dynamics; reporting insights and recommending actions.
  • Building and executing territory action plans to achieve individual sales, KPI targets, and company objectives.
  • Keeping the customer master list current; recommending updates and submitting all required reports on time.
  • Participating in events, conferences, and seminars to expand reach and deepen engagement.
  • Partnering with your immediate supervisor and marketing team on joint fieldwork; supporting market surveys for existing and new products.

Qualification & Experience
