Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management team.
• Assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, technical plans, product testing and other.
• Planning and monitoring project activities.
• Prepare, monitor and review work program for timely completion.
• Verify all subcontractor claim and supplier product.
• Monitor the daily distribution of work and responsibilities to subordinates.
• Ensure that all customers' requests are promptly attended.
• Prepare material/product catalogues/sample for submission and approval.
• Responsible for all materials/installation/test inspection on site.
• Any other special task assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Good command in English speaking, writing and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with good problem‑solving skill and an attention to details.
• Able to work as a team and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and require to liaise with vendors, suppliers and Clients.
• Self‑motivated, self‑learner and able to work under pressure and long hours.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast‑paced work environment and perform any ad hoc task given from time to time.
• Strong team player and ability to multi‑task.
