Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related or Operations Management. Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3~5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives, leading CIP and cost down, as well as production issue analysis.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, CBPP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Trouble shooting problems with facts and data.
• Design, document, and implement optimized business processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of measurable results.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate process performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, productions, engineering, quality, etc., to ensure smooth process integration and execution.
• Provide training, coaching, and change management support to teams adopting new or revised processes.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, SOPs, control plan, PFMEA, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle around 5‑6 engineers, reporting to Operation Director.
