A leading marketing agency in Malaysia seeks a candidate to act as a liaison between agency brands’ sales operations and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting sales programs, consolidating reports, and ensuring accurate data reporting. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant FMCG experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Act as the liaison between agency brands’ sales operations and internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Support the execution of agency brands’ sales programs, marketing events, in-store displays, and other trade activities.
Assist the sales development team in business planning for agency brands, focusing on sales revenue growth, active listing, and share of shelf/space.
Consolidate month-end sales reports, A&P claims, and other relevant documentation for submission to agency brands.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all sales-related data.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or any other equivalent discipline.
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
