Job description

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong command of the English language (esp. written). Additional languages like Mandarin will be an advantage

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our members and working with teammates from around the globe on projects

Good customer service awareness and strong communication

Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as Word, and Excel

Degree holders (no specific courses required) are encouraged to apply. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibility

• Monitor e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc..) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), with the option to develop high-level OSINT investigation
• Report the detected infringements and administrate the data in our internal system
• Communication with the platforms and the right owners
• Communication and cooperation with React's other teams.

Office located in Kota Damansara

5 working days per week

Coordinate with international colleagues in Asia and Europe
