Job summary

A reputable outsourcing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate for a 6-month contract role. Responsibilities include verifying applications, performing name screenings, and updating records. The ideal candidate will be a good team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with clients effectively. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM, with a possibility of contract extension or becoming permanent.

  • Verify applications against submission listings.
  • Perform name screening and print results.
  • Reconcile and batch applications.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments as directed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to assigned clients.
  • Follow up with uncontactable clients.
  • Activate client Internet Banking access.
  • Update validated information in Excel for batch updates.

Overview

Contract Duration: 6 months ( subject to extension or absorbent to permanent )

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM

Responsibilities
  • Verify applications against submission listings
  • Perform name screening and print results
  • Reconcile and batch applications
  • Support ad-hoc assignments or tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Unit Head
  • Perform outbound call to all the clients that being assigned by team leader
  • Proactively perform following up with uncontactable clients
  • Activate client Internet Banking access in the system
  • Update validated information in Excel and submit to CCRIS Team for batch update of pending applications.

  • Ability to perform routine tasks and check work for accuracy before submitting/approving in system (Always with zero-defects mindset).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Well organized and able to multi task and handle conflicting priorities
