• Upselling orders.
• Communicating order details to the Kitchen Staff.
• Staying up to date on any menu changes and daily specials.
• Arranging table settings and maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Delivering and collecting payments.
• Tidying up tables, counters, and other bar areas.
• Preparing simple beverages.
• Able to report for duty punctually, wearing a correct and clean uniform and name badge at all times.
• Printing closing report and tallying the settlements for the day with the batch closing report from the POS system.

Requirements

• Possess SPM or equivalent FandB Certification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to join.
• Malaysian preferred, or workers with permit.
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu (COMPULSORY) and English language.
• Great communication skills and approachable manner.
• Able to work according to operation hours, on weekends and public holiday.
• Working experience in the FandB industry is a plus.
