A local engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support to assist with quotations, project costing, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business and have at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining documentation in SAP. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is necessary, and familiarity with Mandarin is a plus. This role aims to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
We are looking for a Sales Support to assist with quotations, tender submissions, project costing, and customer coordination, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily quotations, budgetary proposals, tender documents, earnest money submissions, and product catalogs to support the sales team.
Assist in project costing and pricing analysis for tender-based supply projects.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order tracking via email, phone, or WhatsApp, acting as backup for the sales team.
Generate monthly reports for quotations, tenders, and sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Maintain and organize records, including test reports, sales reports, tenders, quotations, and client databases in SAP.
Collaborate with customers, management, and sales teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and recommend operational improvements.
Provide administrative support for sales-related tasks, including tracking assignments, ongoing work, and completed projects.
Prepare catalogs, certificates, and other documentation as requested, while monitoring customer feedback and assisting in resolving dissatisfaction.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or similar roles.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
