Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting & reviewing of commercial contracts, tenancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research & monitor developments in laws and regulations affecting the Company.

Provide legal advice to business stakeholders across a wide range of subject areas, including corporate, enterprise, commercial, regulatory, employment and labour related contracts/matters/issues; data privacy; dispute resolutions/litigation management, new business products and models including Cloud, SaaS, AI etc.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external solicitors on legal matters and disputes.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)

Minimum 3 years of PQE as advocate & solicitors or in-house counsel

Possess experience in corporate, litigation, commercial, banking, leasing and property matters.

Self-discipline, responsible, self-motivated and dynamic personality

Able to work independently, meticulous and organized.
